Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Planning & Strategic Support
• Lead annual and quarterly business planning processes, including data consolidation, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations
• Translate business strategies into executable operational plans and measurable KPIs
• Continuously monitor business performance, identify risks, and propose improvement actions
2. Operational Excellence & Process Optimization
• Identify operational gaps and drive process optimization across teams
• Establish standardized workflows, governance mechanisms, and reporting systems
• Lead digitalization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
3. Data Analysis & Business Insights
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to support data‑driven decision‑making
• Conduct deep‑dive analysis on sales, market trends, customer insights, and operational metrics
• Provide actionable insights to support commercial strategy and resource allocation
4. Project Management
• Lead key cross‑functional projects, ensuring clear milestones, stakeholder alignment, and timely delivery
• Coordinate resources and manage project risks to ensure successful execution
5. Stakeholder Management & Communication
• Act as an operational partner to commercial, marketing, medical, finance, and supply chain teams
• Prepare high‑quality business presentations, management reports, and communication materials
• Collaborate with global or regional teams to ensure alignment with corporate standards
Job Requirements
Qualifications
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Management, Economics, Data Analytics, or related fields; MBA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in business operations, commercial excellence, strategy, or consulting
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industries is a strong plus
Skills & Competencies
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Strong project management skills with experience leading cross‑functional initiatives
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, matrix environment with high adaptability
