Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Alliance Development
Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships across industries (e.g., retail, manufacturing, healthcare, logistics) to promote integrated IT solutions.
- Sales Enablement
Co-develop go-to-market strategies with partners, drive joint sales initiatives, and support channel activation.
- Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partner executives, sales teams, and technical leads.
- Solution Positioning
Collaborate with internal product and marketing teams to tailor offerings for partner ecosystems and vertical markets.
- Performance Tracking
Monitor KPIs, pipeline progress, and partner contribution to revenue. Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years experience in B2B sales, alliance management, or business development within the IT sector
- Strong understanding of enterprise hardware/software solutions and partner ecosystems
- Proven success in building cross-industry collaborations and driving joint sales outcomes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
