Job Description
Lead the development of annual and long-term strategic plans in collaboration with senior leadership.
Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and industry trend analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Identify growth opportunities, operational efficiencies, and potential risks.
Facilitate strategic planning workshops and cross-functional alignment sessions.
Develop business cases and financial models to support strategic initiatives.
Monitor execution of strategic initiatives and provide regular performance updates to stakeholders.
Support M&A evaluations, partnerships, and investment opportunities.
Prepare executive-level presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
15+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, corporate planning, or related roles in Healthcare areas.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a global mindset.
