Confidential Role*** 请谅解此为保密招聘岗位，进入面试环节才能分享企业具体信息。【Job description】 • Oversee all financial activities of the companies, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. • Ensure compliance with local statutory/regulatory accounting standards, group policies and direction, and BVI requirements. • Provide various financial analysis reports and reliable financial information per needs of the Management, Family Office, and Shareholders. For example, separate sales report analysis, budget comparison analysis, financial analysis, identifying opportunities for process improvement, growth, cost optimization, and profit enhancement, etc. • Manage cashflow, working capital and capital expenditure processes effectively. • Ensure Risk and Internal Control system and other internal control related matters run efficiently at company level. Coordination with internal and external auditor. • Being business partner, share related expertise and experience with other departments to achieve strategic objective, and track financial performance and implement corrective actions when necessary. • Manage tax and Treasury functions and matters. • Team development and staff training. 【Requirement】 • Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or equivalent, strong accounting, tax & statutory knowledge. • 13+ years of relevant working experience and proven track record. • Provide strong supervision and guidance to staff and be hands-on, attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to manage and communicate effectively across the countries & personnel. • Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
