Job Description
KEY TASKS:
• Talent Acquisition (REFERED TO HRM.08.001 & 002) 40%
o Talent evaluation and screening in Asia & EMEA (e.g., analyzing resumes for relevant skills, knowledge, and
qualifications, conducting screening interviews, assisting managers with interviews, testing/ranking candidates,
checking references and providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates).
o Job advertising and posting (e.g., developing job descriptions, posting on internal and external sites, providing
specifications to external recruiting agencies, etc.).
o Talent prospecting (representing the organization at employment fairs, participating in campus recruiting
activities, building sourcing pipelines/networks for targeted talent pools).
o Talent Staffing (onboarding, termination and records maintenance).
• HR Operations & Reporting (REFERED TO HRM.05.001) 20%
o Executing HR processes, policy and regulations.
o Personnel records & HRIS maintenance, statistical reporting to internal management.
• Compensation & Benefits Administration 20%
o Responsible for payroll calculation (China, Hongkong, Singapore & Thailand)
o Administration of local mandatory benefits (Social Insurance, Housing Fund & Commercial Insurance, etc.)
o Keep tracking government regulations.
• Training Administration (REFERED TO HRM.10.003) 10%
o Maintaining and generating reports from training platforms, preparing statistical summaries to track
mandatory training completion status.
o Sourcing and recommending appropriate training vendors, coordination of internal & external training
activities.
• Other HR Duties 10%
o Support Staff Activities.
o To take on special projects as requested
o Other duties which may from time to time be deemed necessary
DESIRABLES:
• Bachelor’s degree, major in Human Resources, Business Management, English or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years relevant work experience (at least 2 years of recruitment role), proven experience in MNC or
headhunting consultant.
• Familiar of Chinese labor law and regulations is preferable.
• Proven Track Record of short hiring lead time (45 days average).
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interview skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese) .
