Job Description
Key Deliverables The HR Manager needs to act as Senior Strategic HR Business Partner to the executive leaders and their teams and leads China HR team to support commercial and operation team, and supporting functional Depts.
He/She needs to lead China HR team to collaborate with global and regional HR team and translate global and regional business strategy into China HR strategy, solutions, and action plans.
He/She needs to build organizational capabilities by attracting, engaging, developing, and retaining the talents based on the short- and long-term business strategy and development plan.
• Participate as a key member in the establishment of the new organizational structure.
• Develop HR strategy, solutions and strategic manpower plans based on alignment with the business and functional strategy and objectives.
• Attract and maintain target talents via effective recruitment channels and talent retain programs based on alignment with global and regional HR teams.
• Be responsible for building a great organizational culture through initiating and implementing various HR programs.
• Work closely with leadership in the implementation of policies related to human resources, organizational and employee development
• Collaborate with others (COEs, cross-functional partners, HRBP peers, etc.) to build world class initiatives.
• Oversees Human Resources budget to ensure compliance with organizational expenditure requirements.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above is required.
• Have at least 10 years of HR leadership experience in MNC with manufacturing. Experience in set-up newly manufacturing plant is preferred.
• Have successful record of deploying HR strategies to support growth business.
• Strong organizational agility and be familiar with a fast-paced and matrix organization.
• Strong business acumen with proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategy to drive successful business results.
• Strong team leader and team player, have the ability to navigate ambiguity and make decisions when needed.
• High energy with a penchant for progress, willing to take a challenge and move the organization forward in a growth-oriented environment with lean resources; can do attitude.
• Strong influencing skills with ability to influencing capabilities, work as a bridge between Global HR team and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, visionary and able to communicate ideas in a way that builds alignment and support.
