Job Location:
Shenzhen Office (Futian Street), with mandatory on-site attendance and打卡 requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage the "Chicago" account (Huawei) as the key point of contact, overseeing all sales and relationship activities to drive business growth and ensure client satisfaction.
• Develop and execute account strategies to expand cooperation with Huawei, including identifying new opportunities and aligning with the client’s long-term goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external clients (focusing on Huawei’s decision-makers) and internal stakeholders (logistics, production, scheduling, etc.), ensuring cross-departmental collaboration to support account needs.
• Engage with senior-level executives on both sides, influence decision-making processes, and secure trust and support from key stakeholders.
• Leverage sales expertise to meet or exceed sales targets, while proactively addressing client challenges and optimizing service delivery.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
• Proven track record in key account management within the semiconductor equipment or materials sector, with multiple years of relevant sales experience.
• Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to balance and nurture both internal and external partnerships.
• Familiarity with European corporate culture (and preferably Western business practices), enabling effective communication and trust-building across diverse teams.
• Excellent English proficiency (both verbal and written) to interact seamlessly with global stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability in key account expansion, strategic planning, and engaging with C-level executives to drive decisions.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (logistics, production, etc.) to ensure smooth account operations.
