Job Description
1. Market & Competitive Intelligence
▪ Update Asia BU customer data, including volume development scenarios and market potential analysis.
▪ Conduct comprehensive competitor analysis across all product segments (Transport & Energy, Automation, etc.).
▪ Source and validate data through:
- Sales team input and CRM systems.
- Customer interviews/surveys.
- External reports/industry benchmarks.
▪ Develop statistical models to track:
- Market size evolution vs. Lynxeo’s penetration.
- Pricing competitiveness and margin drivers.
2. Strategic Planning & Execution
▪ Develop BU strategy including market footprint optimization, focus areas.
▪ Define customer segmentation models and service offerings by:
- Mapping customer/prospect ecosystems.
- Analyzing revenue potential, price-volume trends, and share-of-wallet.
- Identifying key differentiation drivers per segment.
▪ Collaborate with Product Marketing to:
- Build segment-specific value propositions.
- Design go-to-market strategies (channel mix, country prioritization).
3. Field Marketing & Stakeholder Engagement
▪ Lead internal/external communication initiatives:
- Manage BU event calendar (seminars/conferences/forums).
- Develop executive briefing materials for strategic reviews.
▪ Partner with cross-functional teams to:
- Align marketing activities with sales objectives.
- Build consensus on market outlook and growth scenarios.
