1) Strategic & Vision Execution Responsible for establishing and executing mid- to long-term strategies to achieve the vision of the global execution hub. Strategic Hub Leadership Localization & Autonomy in China New Business Planning & Development 2) Independent Management & Performance Accountability Establish an independent management system for the China subsidiary and achieve more than 50% of the company’s total revenue. Financial & P/L Responsibility Organization & Talent Management Operational Risk Management 3) Functional Leadership Across Core Divisions Sales & Order Performance -Independent R&D Operations  Supply Chain Competitiveness 4) Qualifications Experience Over 15 years of experience in B2B manufacturing, electronics, EMS, or ODM industries in China. Proven leadership in sales, supply chain, quality, and operations in China. Experience managing a China-based subsidiary or P/L responsibility. Sales Head experience preferred. Core Competencies Execution leadership: ability to connect strategy to execution. Strong business communication skills based on understanding of local markets and culture. Proven experience in supplier sourcing, evaluation, pricing, quality, and delivery negotiations. Organizational design, recruitment, performance management, and executive-level client negotiation skills. Technical Knowledge Understanding of technologies required to establish an independent R&D environment. Knowledge of the NPI (Development–Sample–Mass Production) value chain. Experience in optimizing manufacturing cost, quality, and delivery structure.
