Role Overview This senior leadership role offers a platform for an ambitious partner with a strong portable practice (targeting 4–6M in Year 1) to join a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment. We welcome candidates from any practice area, provided they bring a robust inbound and outbound client base, ideally with sector experience in Energy Utilities, Life Sciences or Consumer markets. The role is positioned for rapid progression towards equity partnership. Key Responsibilities • Lead and grow your practice within the firm's platform, delivering exceptional client service across inbound and outbound matters. • Develop new client relationships while expanding existing ones, with a focus on cross-border opportunities. • Drive business development initiatives and sector-led campaigns, particularly in life sciences and consumer. • Collaborate with other partners to generate cross-selling opportunities and strengthen the firm’s market position. • Mentor and develop junior lawyers, contributing to the firm's talent pipeline. • Maintain the highest standards of professional conduct and compliance.

Job Requirements

Key Requirements
• PRC-admitted lawyer, ideally also qualified in another jurisdiction (such as England & Wales, US, or Hong Kong).
• Successful track record at Partner or senior lawyer level.
• Established portable practice generating 4–6M annually, with capacity to grow further.
• Balanced inbound and outbound client portfolio.
• Sector knowledge or established networks in energy utilities, life sciences and/or consumer will be strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership skills, commercial acumen, and ability to inspire trust in clients and colleagues.
• Commitment to progressing towards equity partnership in the short to medium term.
