Job Description
What You Will Do:
• Collaborate with dealers, sales representatives, and internal teams to understand datacenter customer needs and recommend the right solution configurations for the coverage territory.
• Translate complex configurations into clear, value driven recommendations that support product value and customer success.
• Guide solutions adoption, assist with customization, and troubleshoot implementation issues.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices to inform strategy and drive innovation.
• Assist in identifying new sales cycle opportunities and supporting sales cycle activities.
• Represent the voice of the customer internally, ensuring alignment with evolving customer expectations.
• Host workshops, lead product demos, and support dealers/customer interactions in the field.
• Support the full sales cycle, including identifying opportunities, addressing business plans shortfalls, and developing new prospects.
• Support solution adoption and help troubleshoot any roadblocks.
Job Requirements
What You Have:
Customer Focus: Extensive knowledge of data center customer needs and requirements.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing customer-focused strategies that drive product adoption and commercial performance. Experience translating complex technical concepts into actionable, value driven business solutions.
Industry Knowledge: Industry experience in Data Center applications.
• Strong business acumen with in-depth knowledge of datacenter industry trends, customer requirements, and solution-based selling.
• Experience in bridging the gap between sales and technical teams.
Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and relationship management skills with the ability to build trust and credibility at all levels of the organization.
• Strong presentation skills with experience hosting workshops and demos.
Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams across a highly matrixed organization.
• Manage go-to-market strategy and regional dealer network
