Job Description
Main Duties and Responsibilities: • Manage the Quality department, responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive quality strategy, aligning with overall business objectives, and continuous improvement. • Establish and maintain QMS to ensure consistent quality standards across all products. • Ensure compliance with QMS, regulatory requirements and safety standards. • Drive failure analysis and implement improvement measurements with cross functional departments. • Monitor and analyze quality data, such as IQC, Yield, OBA, ORT, return rates, RMA, customer satisfaction scores, prepare reports, and provide management with insights and recommendations for quality improvements. • Provide training to enhance the team’s expertise in quality management. • Oversee the design and implementation of quality control processes, including IQC, in-process inspection, final inspection. • Support customer audits and inspections and help formulate customer responses. • Develop and maintain quality control plans and inspection criteria. • Implement statistical process control and other quality tools to monitor and improve product quality. • Identify and assess potential quality risks. • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of quality issues. • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by consistently delivering products that meet or exceed quality expectations. • Work with the sales team to address customer complaints and quality concerns, identify areas for improvement and drive the enhancements. • Develop and deploy supplier quality management strategy, review and manage consistent quality of suppliers to meet the company goals. • Other: assigned projects and other tasks.
Job Requirements
Education : ● Bachelor or above. Engineering, quality management or related majors.
Working Experience: • 8 years or above working experience in electronics manufacturing plant on quality • 5 years as people manager, managing KPI and performance review. • Including 5 years or above working experience on failure investigation. • Demonstrated experience with low volume and high mixed manufacture, injection, SMT, assembly. • Quality issue handling knowledge, understanding how to handle it with different dept. • Quality tools, such as R-FMEA / CP / MSA / SPC / 8D / 5Why / FTA / Fish bone / DOE / Minitab... • Strong understanding of quality management systems and customer-specific quality requirements Other Skills 其他技能: • Fluent oral & written English. • Quick decision making with effective problem-solving capability. • Good logic thinking, data analytical skill, Problem solving skill and presentation skill. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage internal peers without direct reporting authority and customer relationships effectively. • Proactive working attitude with strong teamwork spirit. • Teamwork player with good communication skills, self-motivation, willing to change under big pressure. • Familiar with medical Class I, Class II standards. • Certified Six Sigma black belt is an advantage. • Experience in digital transfer is a plus.
