Job Description
Responsibility:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to hit targets
- Drive new business and manage key clients
- Develop sales strategies, incentives, and budgets
- Support audit, certification & training services
- Build customer databases and track market trends
- Control sales costs and improve profitability
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 8+ years of sales experience; team leadership preferred
- Background in healthcare, food certification, or consumer products is a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Proactive, customer‑focused, and willing to travel
- Fluent in Chinese & English
