Job Description
Main responsibility岗位职责:
1. 负责国内国外工厂的产品销售、客户关系维护及客户服务
Responsible for product sales & customer relationship, customer service for plants.
2. 收集及分析行业趋势、竞争对手动态及客户需求,为业务开发与产品定价提供数据支持
Gathering and analyzing data for industry trend, competitors dynamics and customer requirements to support business development and pricing
3. 调研当地供应商和竞争对手的市场/产品发展,并向集团商业团队提供必要的反馈。
Studying market/product development of local suppliers and competitors and provide the necessary feedback to Group Commercial team
4. 负责业务开发
Responsible for business development
5. 协调生产、技术、质量管理、供应链、财务等部门,确保满足客户需求
Coordinate with production, technical, quality, supply chain and finance departments to ensure satisfying customer requirements
6. 评估客户文件的完整性和合理性(技术规格、要求等)。
Assessing customer documents for completeness and plausibility (technical specifications, requirements, etc.).
7. 编制报价计算,并同集团商业团队及客户进行协商
Preparation of quotation and coordination with the Group commercial team and customers
8. 定期参加集团商业团队、国内外工厂的会议
Regularly participate the meeting of Group commercial team and plants
9. 维护和客户良好的关系
Maintain good relationship with customers
10. 负责年度销售预测、预算及月度销售报告
Responsible for annual sales forecast & projection, as well as monthly sales reporting
1. 负责国内国外工厂的产品销售、客户关系维护及客户服务

Job Requirements
任职条件Job requirement:
1. 教育背景:本科以上学历,机械工程、电子工程相关专业
Education background: Bachelor degree or above, in mechanical/electrical engineering
2. 语言能力:英语流利,可作为工作语言(如对接国际客户、集团商业团队,完成英文报告等)
Language skill: Fluent in English as working language (e.g. interfacing with international customers, group commercial groups, completing reports in English etc.)
3. 工作经验:5年以上工业品、金属零部件等相关销售经验者,熟悉电池行业者优先
Working experience: above 5 years sales experience for industrial products, metal part and other relative fields, familiar with battery industrial is preferred
4. 业务能力:具备出色的业务拓展能力,能主动挖掘市场机会、开发新客户并推动合作达成
Business Capability: Excellent business development ability, able to proactively explore market opportunities, develop new customers and promote cooperation
5. 个性及性格:性格积极、热情、外向,具备较强的沟通表达能力、人际交往能力及抗压能力
Personality & Character: Positive,Passionate and open-minded, with strong communication skills, interpersonal skills and could work under pressure
