Tech- system engineer

Key Responsibilities: Lead system-level design and integration of pump and valve products, including mechanical, electrical, and control components Develop and maintain system architecture documentation, functional specifications, and interface definitions Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure seamless product development and production readiness Conduct system-level testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure performance and reliability Support the implementation of automation, IoT, and smart control technologies in product systems Analyze field data and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in system design Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO, API, CE) and regulatory requirements Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and failure mode analysis (FMEA) Provide technical support to sales, service, and customer teams regarding system functionality and integration Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or related field 3+ years of experience in system engineering, preferably in pump, valve, or fluid control equipment manufacturing Strong understanding of fluid mechanics, control systems, and industrial automation Familiarity with PLCs, sensors, actuators, and industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, CAN, Ethernet/IP) Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and system modeling software Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and project coordination abilities Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control systems is a plus
