Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize work processes; drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
- Develop and execute annual L&D plans; identify skill gaps and future capability needs.
- Design and deliver leadership, technical, and general skills training using digital and blended learning methods.
- Manage internal trainers, knowledge‑sharing mechanisms, and learning recognition programs.
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for non‑managerial roles; build talent pipelines and enhance candidate experience.
- Develop structured interview tools, assessments, and provide hiring coaching to line managers.
- Manage external training vendors and recruitment agencies for quality and cost efficiency.
- Track L&D and recruitment KPIs; continuously improve based on data insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in HR, Business, or related fields.
- 8+ years in L&D or talent management, including 3+ years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, lean principles, and future skills (automation, data analytics).
- Proven experience designing and delivering training in industrial environments.
- Good English communication skills, strategic mindset, and strong stakeholder management.
