Main Tasks & Responsibilities
• Brand Strategy, IP & Visual Identity Stewardship
- Develop the annual and long-term B2B brand strategy, including positioning, messaging, and target client/partner segmentation.
- Act as the primary guardian of the brand, with direct responsibility for the strategic management, registration, and protection of the brand's intellectual property (IP).
- Lead the development, governance, and consistent global application of the brand's Key Visual and all core brand identity assets (e.g., logo, typography, imagery) across all B2B touchpoints.
- Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions related to brand IP and visual identity.
• B2B Marketing & Communications
- Create, manage, and execute the integrated B2B brand marketing plan, ensuring all campaigns are built upon a solid foundation of the approved Key Visual and brand identity.
- Develop targeted brand promotion and content marketing initiatives designed to engage business clients, leveraging the strength of the brand's IP and visual assets.
• B2B Media & Partner Relations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key B2B industry media, influencers.
• Budget & Performance Management
- Manage the brand's marketing budget.
- Establish, monitor, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to B2B brand health, awareness, and campaign engagement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Legal teams to ensure the brand's IP is protected and correctly leveraged in all partner-facing materials and programs.
Education& Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
