Sales Manager – Synthetic Rubbers(合成橡胶销售经理)

【Job Responsibilities / 工作职责】
1. Responsible for sales of synthetic rubbers, including contract sales and spot deals.
负责合成橡胶产品的销售,包括长期合同与现货业务。
2. Monitor frame contracts and calculate monthly pricing formulas.
负责框架合同的执行与月度价格公式的计算。
3. Manage contracts with third‑party partners and service providers.
管理与第三方合作伙伴及服务供应商的合同执行。
4. Oversee supply chain operations, including product flow, stock planning, and production coordination.
负责供应链管理,包括产品流转、库存规划及与工厂生产的协调。
5. Plan working capital related to stock, production, and payments.
规划与库存、生产及付款相关的营运资金。
6. Handle customer claims and coordinate internal resolution.
负责客户投诉处理及内部协调。
7. Develop new customers and drive business expansion (BD 50% + KA 50%).
负责新客户开发与业务拓展(BD 占 50%,大客户维护占 50%)。
8. Participate in business planning, market strategy, and internal cross‑functional communication(technical, logistics, project teams).
参与业务规划、市场策略制定,并能独立完成与技术、物流、项目等内部团队的沟通。
9. Travel domestically and internationally as required(approx. 30%).
根据业务需求进行国内及国际出差(约 30%)。
【Requirements / 任职要求】
1. Experience in petrochemical sales, especially PE, PP, PC, SBS, ABS, acrylates, or synthetic rubbers.
具备石化产品销售经验,尤其是 PE、PP、PC、SBS、ABS、丙烯酸酯或合成橡胶等相关产品。
2. Strong English communication skills(must be fluent in speaking, not only reading/writing).
英语沟通能力强,需具备流利口语能力,而不仅限于读写。
3. Self‑driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
自觉主动,具备独立推动业务的能力。
4. Customer‑oriented mindset, friendly and open personality.
以客户为中心,性格友好、开放。
5. Basic understanding of logistics(Incoterms, dangerous goods, transport equipment, bulk/overseas logistics, international regulations).
具备基础物流知识,包括国际贸易术语、危化品、运输设备、散货/海运物流及国际法规等。
6. Team player with strong stress resistance.
具备团队合作精神,抗压能力强。
7. CRM system experience is a plus.
有 CRM 系统经验者优先。
8. Technical or economic educational background preferred.
技术类或经济类专业背景优先。
9. Industry background in automotive supply chain is preferred.
具备汽车行业相关经验者优先。
