Omni Merchandising Manager
Key Responsibilities
Omni Merch Strategy — Build and execute merchandising strategy across online + offline channels, ensuring assortment consistency and channel‑specific optimization.
Merch Planning — Lead seasonal and annual merchandise planning, including OTB, assortment architecture, pricing, and SKU productivity analysis.
Calendar Management — Own the full merchandising calendar: product drops, seasonal refresh, promotions, and cross‑channel alignment.
Assortment Management — Develop channel‑specific assortments for e‑commerce, retail stores, and key partners; ensure stock flow and lifecycle management.
Sales & Inventory Analysis — Track sell‑in/sell‑through, forecast demand, and optimize replenishment to maximize margin and minimize aging inventory.
Cross‑functional Collaboration — Partner with marketing, retail ops, e‑commerce, supply chain, and VM to ensure cohesive execution.
Market & Trend Insights — Monitor fashion/sports trends, competitor assortments, and consumer behavior to guide product decisions.
Vendor & Brand Coordination — Work with global/regional teams on product buys, pricing, and seasonal alignment.
