We are seeking a strategic, business-oriented PR and Marketing Communications Leader to elevate the brand in China. This role integrates brand strategy, corporate communications, media relations, crisis management, and marketing enablement. The leader will collaborate closely with global teams and China business units to strengthen corporate reputation, enhance industry influence, and support commercial growth.

1. Brand Strategy & Integrated Communications
Develop China-focused brand and communications strategies aligned with global positioning.
Build annual communication frameworks covering corporate, product, and thought leadership narratives.
Strengthen company’s influence in logistics real estate and financial sectors.
2. Media Relations & Thought Leadership
Maintain strong relationships with industry, business, financial, and official media.
Lead interviews, feature stories, and thought leadership programs.
Amplify corporate reputation through multi-channel media engagement.
3. Crisis Communications & Issues Management
Establish public sentiment monitoring and reputation risk systems.
Lead coordinated crisis responses with timely, accurate communication.
Manage sensitive issues with high EQ, protecting corporate and stakeholder trust.
4. Marketing & Business Enablement
Oversee design and production of marketing materials and digital assets.
Partner with business teams on targeted marketing programs and sales enablement tools.
Plan and execute customer events, roadshows, open-house days, and industry forums.
Connect brand and marketing activities to measurable business outcomes.
5. Executive & Internal Communications
Provide strategic communications counsel to senior leaders.
