Lead the demand planning process, ensuring accurate short‑, mid‑, and long‑term forecasts
Consolidate and analyze market intelligence, sales trends, and customer insights to drive forecast accuracy
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to align demand and supply strategies
Identify risks, opportunities, and demand fluctuations; propose actionable mitigation plans
Drive continuous improvement in forecasting tools, processes, and KPIs
Support S&OP processes and provide high‑quality reporting to regional and global stakeholders
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related fields
5+ years of demand planning experience, ideally within the automotive or chemical industry
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in forecasting systems and advanced Excel
Solid understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional teams
Fluent in English; experience in multinational environments preferred
