Job Responsibility:
1. Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead brand positioning, messaging, and differentiation in the market.
- Drive innovation in digital marketing, demand generation, and customer engagement.
2. Growth & Performance Marketing:
- Oversee multi-channel campaigns (SEO/SEM, social, email, content, PR, etc.) to maximize ROI.
- Optimize customer acquisition costs (CAC) and lifetime value (LTV) through data-driven strategies.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently across markets.
3. Brand & Communications:
- Elevate brand awareness through storytelling, thought leadership, and partnerships.
- Lead PR efforts, media relations, and crisis management.
- Ensure consistent brand voice across all touchpoints.
4. Team & Stakeholder Management:
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team (creative, digital, analytics, etc.).
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and C-suite to align marketing with revenue goals.
- Engage with investors, board members, and external agencies.
5.Technology & Analytics:
- Leverage marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools.
- Track KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, engagement, revenue impact) and pivot strategies as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience:10+ years in marketing leadership (B2B/B2C), with a proven track record in scaling brands.
- Skills:
- Expertise in digital marketing, branding, and growth hacking.
- Strong analytical mindset (proficiency in Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in [industry, e.g., SaaS, e-commerce, healthcare] is a plus.
