Technical Engineer/Technical Consultant
1. Product Development
● Liaise between the HQ and factories to ensure new products are developed on time and to spec.
● Review CAD drawings, spec sheets, and prototypes to confirm accuracy before production.
● Track and manage project timelines,

● Ensure mass production adheres to approved sample standards.
● Review and analyze third-party inspection reports, flagging issues and driving corrective action.
3. Testing & Certifications
● Manage product compliance for certifications including CEC, DOE, cUPC, NSF 61, NSF 372, and others as required.
● Liaise with agencies such as IAPMO to ensure all submissions, testing, and documentation are completed.
4. Standardization
● Drive consistency across finishes (e.g., PVD, LAB values), materials (e.g., brass alloys), and spec sheets.
● Maintain and enforce technical documentation standards across suppliers.
5. Supplier Efficiencies & Operations
● Conduct supplier audits and assessments to evaluate capabilities and compliance.
● Identify opportunities to improve throughput and quality (e.g., new machinery, staff, or process upgrades).
6. Reporting & Communication
● Provide structured, timely reports in English
● Join weekly meetings with the overseas team during EST working hours.
