• Lead a team dedicated to innovation project development and execution at our top customers' development centres in Taichung, TW
• Demonstrate professional global project management, ensuring transparency on Henkel activities and delivered value to customers
• Cultivate robust and lasting relationships with customers and internal stakeholders across all communication levels
• Regularly interact with Henkel Sales, Application Engineering, Marketing, and Innovation teams across Asia and India to ensure seamless collaboration
• Lead negotiations with highly strategic, and multi-faceted approach, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes
• Bachelor’s degree and above
• Technical background is preferred
• Key Account Management of chemical industry and/or manufacturing is required， Minimum of five (5) years' experience of leading team is required
• Good communication skills in Mandarin and English are required;
