•Continuously study industry trends, competitive landscapes, and changes in policies and regulations to identify potential market opportunities and threats
•Based on the company's strategy, identify the new markets/industries or new customers that need to be prioritized for expansion
•Maintain the database of market intelligence, including mass economy growth, TAM/SAM/market share, competitor conditions and trends, end user specifications etc.
• Ensure that an appropriate database is maintained to accurately reflect all Sales opportunities and customer contact information.
•Provide product, pricing, application, promotional, and channel support for the established segments (Automotive, Electrical, Electronic etc.) as required
•Build relationships with decision makers at key customer, industry and other marketing associations with the goal of obtaining critical information that is useful for business and strategic plan decisions
•Achieve the margin plan and support the achievement of the sales plan for the segments that are being supported
•Development and maintenance of targeting program in all segments
