I. Role Summary
The HRD is the strategic partner of the CEO and the rest of the leadership team of Management Platform. This role is responsible for guiding and managing the overall human resources activities, ranging from HR planning to the execution of all HR disciplines, which include HR policies, manpower planning, compensation management, selection & recruitment, training & development, Labor Union management, and organization development and the entities of the Group.
II. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Tasks:
Deeply understand 's strategic planning and undertake important HR-related projects, developing 's annual HR work plan in close collaboration with stakeholders.
•Formulate HR strategies for based on the company's strategic plan, including organizational and talent development, selection and allocation, compensation and benefits, assessment, and incentives. Guide each organization unit to establish effective mechanisms and action plans.
• Break down the annual HR plan of to subsidiaries, clarifying the annual work goals and action plans for all subsidiaries. Provide guidance and supervision to ensure adherence to the plan.
Daily Tasks:
Lead the HR team members of the Group to comprehensively manage and complete the daily operations of HR.
• Establish a sound HR scheme and develop relevant HR management systems.
• Review and propose adjustments to the organizational structure, job positions, annual labor cost budget, and personnel staffing plan for the management platform and all business units and subsidiaries.
• Review and propose adjustments to the recruitment, deployment, contracts, benefits, and succession plans of key management positions and elite professionals.
• Policy and Compliance: Ensure HR group processes and policies are up-to-date, compliant, and supportive of our ambitions for workforce longevity and employee well-being.
• Performance Management: Oversee performance management systems that encourage regular feedback, development conversations, and goal setting.
• Learning and Development: Develop comprehensive training and development plans that emphasize lifelong learning and skills enhancement for all employees.
• Compliant reporting: Ensure timely and correct reporting, giving stakeholders up to date insights in our HR data. Spot trends and proactively propose action.
• Employee Engagement: Promote a positive workplace culture through collaboration and professional development and set up smooth channels for employee communication。
III. Key Qualifications and Skills
Education Background:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree and overseas study experiences are preferred.
Working Experience:
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience in multiple countries, with at least 3 years in a director role. Proven experience in both Chinese and Western culture is essential. Work experience in European countries is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in the six major modules of HR, including organization development, recruitment, training, compensation, performance management, and employee relations.
• Strong influencing skills, customer-oriented and win-win cooperation mindset, performance-oriented and results-driven, continuous improvement and innovation capability.
• Fluent in English with the ability to use it as a working language. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience in a engineering and manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Experience in a listed company is preferred.
• Strong understanding of adjacent work processes such as Finance.
