职位描述
• Drive orders, profitable growth and improve market participation for China.
• Manage the P&L and financial goals of the China region (Orders, Sales, PM & CM), with a strong focus on strategic management , as well as achieving annual results and fostering team development.
• To build and maintain an active network of strong working relationships.
• To demonstrate a high level of HSE mindset and knowledge about HSE procedures and practices, applying this knowledge as a part of daily work.
职位要求
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business management, minimum 10 years of experience of sales or product management.
• Strong understanding of how to run profitable growing businesses within the Flow Control industry, coupled with previous experience gained from working with Valve’s customers.
• Strong in networking and strategic skills
• Ability to build and leverage effective working relationships in a global matrix organization.
• Willingness and ability to travel, frequent business trips are required
