Senior Legal Counsel - Greater China Fashion & Retail
Are you an experienced legal professional ready to partner closely with a global brand’s operations across Greater China? We are working with a prestigious international luxury group to find a Senior Legal Counsel who will act as a trusted Legal Business Partner (BP) to their teams in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts (retail, leasing, procurement, IT, design, etc.)
• Provide proactive legal advice across areas including corporate, compliance, real estate, data, consumer protection, and more
• Manage general compliance activities including internal training and investigations
• Support dispute resolution and risk mitigation
• Collaborate with cross-functional and regional/global legal teams
• Act as a trusted legal advisor to business teams, enabling sustainable growth
