KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Human Resources
• Talent Acquisition: Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions, including job scoping, sourcing strategy, interview alignment, offer negotiation, and ensure a smooth, compliant onboarding and offboarding experience in assigned APEC and Europe countries.
• Talent evaluation and screening (e.g., analyzing resumes for relevant skills, knowledge, and qualifications, conducting screening interviews, arranging interviews, testing/ranking candidates, checking references and providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates).
• Provide structured hiring updates and candidate evaluation insights within the team.
• Partner closely with the line manager throughout all recruitment stages, providing strategic advice on market conditions and candidate availability, and managing expectations on timelines and role requirements to drive a smooth, efficient hiring process.
• Job advertising and posting (e.g., posting on internal and external sites, providing specifications to external recruiting agencies, etc.).
• Manage external agencies independently and maintain clear communication boundaries.
• HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labour laws and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Maintain HR operations across multiple countries, including EOR-supported entities.
• Maintain and ensure accuracy of HR data (e.g. Workday).
• Develop and maintain HR frameworks, SOPs, and country-specific HR practice summaries.
• Training & Employee Engagement: Sourcing and recommending appropriate training vendors, coordination of internal & external training activities.
• Plan and execute staff activities by maintaining and coordinating current staff benefits onsite.
• Compensation & Benefits: Support administration of employee benefits programs (e.g. insurance and leave), including assisting employees with eligibility, enrolment, changes, and general queries.
• Support payroll coordination across multiple countries, including data preparation, validation, and liaison with internal teams and external vendors.
• Provide support on compensation and benefits projects or reviews as assigned, ensuring data accuracy and timely execution.
• Collaboration & Projects: Work closely with the Senior HR&A Manager to coordinate and contribute regional initiatives with increasing ownership over defined projects.
• Support ad-hoc requests assigned by the Senior HR&A Manager.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Assist in office facilities management, including coordination of IT setup for new joiners or visitors, and support office setup, relocation, or expansion planning across regions.
• Coordinate travel logistics including visa applications/renewals, tracking of work permit or visa expiry for employees and domestic and international arrangements.
• Manage office supplies and inventory control, correspondence handling, and basic clerical support to maintain operational continuity.
• Coordinate day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth functioning, meeting room arrangements, and general office coordination.
• Support planning and execution of internal meetings, employee activities, and office events, including logistics coordination and vendor liaison.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
