1. 本科及以上学历，电机与电器、机械工程、材料成型、电气工程或相关专业。 o Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Machines and Apparatus, Mechanical Engineering, Material Forming, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. 2. 3年以上电机工艺开发经验，具备新能源汽车驱动电机（特别是扁线电机和轴向磁通电机）工艺开发经验者优先。 o At least 3 years of experience in motor process development, with preference for those having experience in new energy vehicle traction motors (especially hairpin winding and AFM motors). 3. 熟悉电机定子、转子及总成装配全流程的关键工艺参数与常见失效模式，具备独立解决工艺问题的能力。 o Familiar with key process parameters and common failure modes throughout the entire motor stator, rotor, and assembly process; capable of independently resolving process issues. 4. 掌握PFMEA、控制计划、SPC、MSA等工具，具备数据驱动的工艺分析与改善能力。 o Master PFMEA, control plan, SPC, MSA and other tools, with data-driven process analysis and improvement capabilities. 5. 熟练使用CAD软件（如SolidWorks、CATIA或NX），具备工艺仿真能力（如装配仿真、焊接仿真）者优先。 o Proficient in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, or NX); experience with process simulation (e.g., assembly simulation, welding simulation) is preferred. 6. 具有良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作意识，能够有效对接研发、质量、生产及设备供应商。 o Strong communication and coordination skills with a team-oriented mindset, capable of effectively interfacing with R&D, quality, manufacturing, and equipment suppliers.
