Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Management:
Develop and execute ecommerce sales strategies to meet revenue and profitability targets
Monitor KPIs such as conversion rate, AOV, CLV, and cart abandonment
Optimize pricing, promotions, and merchandising to drive growth
Collaborate with finance to forecast sales and manage budgets
Digital Marketing & Customer Acquisition:
Lead performance marketing (SEM, SEO, paid social, email, affiliate) to drive traffic and conversions
Oversee brand campaigns, content strategy, and customer engagement initiatives
Analyze customer data to improve targeting, personalization, and retention
Manage agency relationships and marketing technology platforms
Product & Platform Strategy:
Own the ecommerce product roadmap, including website UX, mobile experience, and feature development
Collaborate with tech teams to implement enhancements and ensure platform stability
Monitor competitor offerings and market trends to inform product innovation
Ensure seamless integration with CRM, ERP, and analytics tools
Supply Chain & Fulfillment:
Oversee inventory planning, demand forecasting, and replenishment strategies
Ensure timely and cost-effective order fulfillment, shipping, and returns
Partner with logistics providers and warehouse teams to optimize operations
Implement scalable processes for peak seasons and new product launches
职位要求
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
8+ years of experience in ecommerce, with leadership across sales, marketing, product, and supply chain
Proven track record of scaling online revenue and improving operational efficiency
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in ecommerce platforms, analytics tools, and marketing tech
