职位介绍
1. Responsible for mechanical R&D team daily project and task allocation, schedule follow-up, execution efficiency and output.
2. Responsible for team members daily management, training and enhance ablility of whole team.
3. Responsible for inter-department communication and coordination of related project affairs.
4. Responsible for project meeting and technical exchange with Europe team.
5. Other tasks assigned by management.
能力要求:
1. Mechanical or antomation related majors, Bachelor degree or above.
2. Mature project management experience in completing development projects or technical transformation projects.
3. Good inter-departmental communication and coordination skills.
4. Good command of written and spoken English(multinational team project meeting).
5. A certain ability to bear pressure.
