1.Responsible for mechanical R&D team daily project and task allocation,schedule follow-up,execution efficiency and output.
2.Responsible for team members daily management, training and enhance ablility of whole team.
3.Responsible for inter-department communication and coordination of related project affairs.
4.Responsible for project meeting and technical exchange with Europe team.
5.Other tasks assigned by management.
能力要求：
1.Mechanical or antomation related majors,Bachelor degree or above.
2.Mature project management experience in completing development projects or technical transformation projects.
3.Good inter-departmental communication and coordination skills
4.Good command of written and spoken English(multinational team project meeting).
5. A certain ability to bear pressure.
