• Drive 6S Management: Lead 6S initiatives effectively, keep a well-organized workplace, using the physical environment to drive safety, quality and cost. With a clean, organized workplace, abnormal conditions are quickly recognized and corrected. • Drive Kaizen Management: Keep successfully implement the Kaizen philosophy. Supervising Kaizen system, managing system operation problems, and promoting the achievement of goals. • Keeping tracking CIP projects, summarize report monthly. • As LSPS site deployment team member: Functional experts who are dedicated on the deployment of LSPS in certain area (e.g., production, QC/QA, maintenance, SC) Manage deployment plan for area ensuring all is executed on time and escalate issues as needed to leaders.
