职位描述
Strategic Financial Leadership:
• Lead the AOP and LRP processes, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and financial targets.
• Drive strategic financial analysis (e.g., market trends, competitive benchmarking, ROI assessments) to support executive decision-making.
• Partner with senior leadership to evaluate business cases for new initiatives (e.g., market expansion, digital transformation).
Process Excellence & Digitalization:
• Identify and implement E2E process improvements for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Champion FP&A digital transformation by leveraging automation, advanced analytics (SQL, Python), and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Develop standardized financial models and dashboards to enhance data accuracy and real-time insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across functions, providing data-driven recommendations.
• Lead ad-hoc strategic projects (e.g., cost optimization, pricing strategies, capital allocation).
• Mentor and guide junior FP&A team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
职位要求
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 6 - 8 years of progressive FP&A experience, with a proven track record in strategic finance, process improvement, and digital initiatives.
• Expertise in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business case development.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence C-suite executives.
• Digital fluency: Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI), ERP systems (SAP), and automation tools. SQL/Python is a plus.
• Innovation mindset: Passion for driving change through technology and process reengineering.
