We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Interior Designer to join our boutique design studio. This role is ideal for a creative, detail‑oriented designer who can independently lead projects from concept to completion, collaborate closely with clients, and guide junior designers. You will work on high‑end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects, delivering thoughtful, refined, and timeless design solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead full‑cycle interior design projects, from concept development to on‑site execution Develop design concepts, mood boards, space planning, and detailed drawings Communicate directly with clients to understand needs, present proposals, and manage expectations Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and external partners to ensure design intent is executed Prepare and review construction drawings, material specifications, and FF&E selections Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality control Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers Stay updated on design trends, materials, and industry innovations
