1. 有扎实的理论基础，掌握齿轮传动原理（渐开线/行星齿轮），熟悉轴承选型与寿命计算；了解齿轮钢（如20CrMnTi）热处理工艺（渗碳/淬火）；熟悉粉末冶金/高强度铝合金应用；熟悉常见塑料材料在小型齿轮和螺轮螺杆中的应用；精通Romax齿轮仿真；掌握ANSYS/ABAQUS结构强度分析；理解齿轮传动误差与噪声关联性；掌握齿面修形（Profile/Lead Modification）方法; Possesses a solid theoretical foundation; understands gear transmission principles (involute/planetary gears); is familiar with bearing selection and life calculation; understands gear steel (e.g., 20CrMnTi) heat treatment processes (carburizing/quenching); is familiar with powder metallurgy/high-strength aluminum alloy applications; familiar with plastic material application in small gear and screw wheel design; is proficient in Romax/Kisssoft gear simulation; masters ANSYS/ABAQUS structural strength analysis; understands the correlation between gear transmission errors and noise; and masters tooth surface modification methods (Profile/Lead Modification). 2. 可以使用常用的软件和工具，例如CATIA（3D建模），Romax（齿轮系统动力学），熟悉齿轮测量仪（如Gleason）.
