Advising on ongoing US securities law, stock exchange and post-IPO compliance requirements. Supporting Board and Board committee matters, including meeting materials, resolutions, minutes, governance processes and escalation of significant legal matters. Advising on corporate governance policies, disclosure controls and public-company compliance. Working closely with Finance, Investor Relations, senior management and external counsel on disclosure and capital markets matters. Assisting with securities transactions, corporate actions and other strategic corporate matters as required. Monitoring regulatory developments and translating them into practical guidance for the business. a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; } What you'll need to succeed: You will ideally bring 5–10 years' post-qualification experience gained with a leading law firm, a sophisticated listed multinational, or a combination of private practice and in-house experience.   You will also have: A strong academic background from a reputable law school. Qualification in a recognised jurisdiction, with US legal qualification or substantive US securities-law experience highly advantageous. Strong corporate, capital markets, securities or public-company governance experience. Hands-on exposure to SEC reporting and disclosure requirements would be particularly valuable. Experience advising Boards, senior executives or public-company stakeholders on governance and compliance matters. Excellent legal drafting, analytical and stakeholder-management skills. The ability to operate effectively across jurisdictions and comfortably engage with senior stakeholders. Strong professional English; Chinese capability would be advantageous for candidates working across Greater China. Candidates currently with a leading international or PRC law firm are strongly encouraged to apply, particularly lawyers looking to transition in-house.
