AI Product/Project Lead

Primary Function 1.Lead the delivery of AI‑enabled business applications that directly improve operational efficiency, decision quality, and cost effectiveness across multiple department and Business units.=. 2.Drive end‑to‑end business transformation by embedding GenAI, RAG, and workflow automation into core processes, ensuring solutions are secure, compliant, and scalable. 4.Act as the central connector between Business Technology, Privacy, and Infrastructure to ensure AI adoption aligns with business priorities and governance standards. Major Responsibilities AI Project Delivery & Business Outcomes 1.Own the full lifecycle of AI application initiatives—from early discovery and PoC to optimization and enterprise‑wide rollout. 2.Define business scope, success metrics, value realization plans, and ensure each project delivers measurable improvements in quality, speed, and cost. 3.Lead cross‑functional project teams to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery aligned with business expectations. Business Process Transformation 1.Partner with business stakeholders to map current workflows, identify bottlenecks, quantify pain points, and redesign processes for AI‑enabled operations. 2.Introduce human‑in‑the‑loop controls, governance checkpoints, and updated SOP/WI to ensure safe and sustainable adoption. 3.Establish operational KPIs (e.g., cycle time, accuracy, automation rate, adoption) and oversee post‑launch performance tracking. Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management 1.Build strong relationships with business leaders to understand needs, shape use cases, and drive alignment on priorities. 2.Develop communication plans, stakeholder maps, enablement materials, and role‑based training to support adoption. 3.Champion AI literacy and promote best practices through communities of practice and office hours. Governance, Compliance & Risk Management 1.Partner with QA/Compliance, Legal, and ISRM to ensure all AI solutions meet governance requirements, including data/model lineage, acceptable use, and third‑party terms. 2.Support internal and external audits and ensure solutions meet company security and compliance standards. Operationalization & Scaling 1.Work with Infrastructure teams to ensure smooth deployment on cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), including monitoring, cost management, and operational readiness. 2.Lead solution hardening efforts to ensure reliability, safety, and production‑grade performance. 3.Develop reusable playbooks, templates, and frameworks to accelerate future AI initiatives with consistent quality.

Qualifications 1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields (or equivalent experience). 2.8+ years managing complex IT or digital transformation programs with cross‑regional, multi‑team delivery. 3.Proven track record of driving business process change and delivering measurable business outcomes. 4.Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross‑functional teams. 5.Demonstrated experience in process mapping, KPI baselining, SOP updates, and adoption management. 6.Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value. 7.Familiarity with modern AI solution components (GenAI, RAG, vector databases, workflow automation). 8.Working knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and Python‑based solution environments. 9.Ability to evaluate technical proposals and ensure alignment with business needs and governance standards. 10.PMP/PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, Cloud (Azure/AWS), or Data/AI‑related credentials.
