Serve as the primary legal partner for the medical nutrition business, covering categories such as drugs, medical devices, FSMPs, and general food products
Provide comprehensive legal support across a wide range of matters and functions, including contract drafting, review and negotiation; corporate governance; digital initiatives; dispute management; policy and template development; and day‑to‑day legal advisory.
Support the full product lifecycle, including R&I, procurement, manufacturing, market access, commercial operations, marketing, advertising and claims, and labor‑related matters.
Lead legal workstreams for business development initiatives, M&A projects, and other strategic transactions.
Develop, refine, and implement legal policies aligned with global standards, local regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Handle additional assignments as requested by management or key stakeholders.
职位要求
Bachelor’s degree in Law; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
10+ years of post‑qualification experience from reputable law firms and/or multinational companies, with mandatory experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical‑related industries.
Strong business acumen and the ability to navigate complex, fast‑moving environments.
Demonstrated leadership—either through team management or by taking ownership of major projects.
Proactive mindset with a willingness to take on and resolve challenges.
Collaborative working style with the ability to partner effectively across functions.
