Automotive Lubricants Technical Expert (BD & Technical Support)   Company Profile We are a European enterprise located in the downtown area, specializing in high-performance lubricants and racing oils. With advanced R&D capabilities and a focus on product performance, we provide premium lubrication solutions for the automotive industry.   Key Responsibilities   1. Conduct in-depth research on application scenarios and technical standards of various lubricants in the automotive industry, and lead the formulation and implementation of optimization solutions for core performance of lubricants such as high temperature resistance, anti-evaporation and wear resistance.   2. Take charge of business development work, dock with customer needs, provide customized lubricant technical solutions, and support the sales team in pre-sales presentation, in-sales technical docking and after-sales problem troubleshooting.   3. Participate in market research and competitive product technical analysis, extract core technical highlights of products, output technical sales tools, and facilitate customer development and business expansion.   4. Cooperate with R&D and production teams to promote the technological iteration of lubricants and ensure that product performance meets the stringent requirements of automotive industry customers.  

Job Requirements   1. Have more than 5 years of technical work experience in the automotive lubricant field, and be familiar with the lubricant application needs of core components such as automotive engines and gearboxes.   2. Master lubricant performance optimization technology, have practical experience in performance improvement projects such as high temperature resistance and anti-evaporation, and be able to independently output and implement technical solutions.   3. Possess strong business communication skills, be able to accurately dock with customer technical needs, and assist sales conversion with BD functions.   4. Be familiar with the automotive OEM or aftermarket lubricant supply system, and candidates with technical support experience for automotive industry customers are preferred.
