Branch Manager & CIB Sr. Banker-MD

 Branch Manager is in charge of overall the responsibility of the branch’s operation and risk management, the major duties include: •        Manage in the overall direction and control of the branch •          Oversee operations and functions of the branch •        Role as a general representative of the Bank in his geography •        Implements business goals set by the senior management •       Ensure compliance obligations and relationship with local regulator Senior Banker: - In charge of a portfolio of Core corporates China - Develop a lasting and profitable global relationship for the Bank with its clients and strengthen its position against competitors    - Develop the Net Banking Income after liquidity costs    - Ensure business mix quality through cross selling (products and       geographies) on full CACIB / CA Group service offering    - Optimise resources (RWA, Liquidity …)    - Maximise profitability - Focus on “Prime” & “Invest” Corporate Clients (in his portfolio)   - Pure opportunistic approach on “Respond” clients - Monitor the risk profile of his clients portfolio - Report regularly to Management about major events: business opportunity with clients, commercial incident and significant change in client’s profitability and risk profile, administrative issues to the solved Head of Branch Compliance : - Responsible for ensuring the bank strictly abide by local and global financial management policies and regulations, executing all of the internal rules in earnest, and enforcing the internal control Be aware of the main regulations and guidelines by local regulators which are related to his function; and take reasonable steps and actions to contribute to the fraud prevention and AML control.
