1) Financial Planning & Strategy
•
Analyze, forecast, and project financial trends to support strategic decision-making
•
Develop and manage the annual budget as a roadmap for business growth
2) Financial Performance Management
•
Review financial performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
•
Drive profitability improvement through financial planning and cost control
3) Accounting & Financial Reporting
•
Ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions in the general ledger
•
Oversee account reconciliation and financial closing processes
•
Supervise preparation of interim and annual financial statements
4) Cash Flow & Working Capital Management
5) Governance & Control
•
Oversee approval processes for orders, contracts, and expenditures
•
Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies
6) Feasibility & Investment Analysis
•
Lead feasibility studies for new product launches and investments
•
Build financial models (NPV, IRR, Payback) to assess viability
•
Track post-investment performance vs. plan
职位要求
•
Experience:10+ years of finance leadership experience, often requiring MNC exposure in China, or experience in high-growth, FMCG companies.
•
Technical Skills:Deep expertise in PRC GAAP and IFRS/US GAAP, alongside proficiency in SAP or other major ERP systems.
•
Qualifications:CPA, ACCA, or similar international professional accounting certifications are highly preferred.
•
Cultural Adaptability:Ability to operate in a high-speed, fast-changing, and sometimes ambiguous business environment.
•
Chinese native speaking with fluent in English
