China Operation Lead

Job Description: Operations Lead - China Basic Info • Core Purpose This is a high-impact role partnering closely with external suppliers in China. The incumbent will lead critical operational improvements, deliver tangible business results, and resolve cross-supplier operational bottlenecks to stabilize and scale output & shipment performance. Key Responsibilities 1. Output & Shipment Delivery Take ownership of driving target production output and on-time shipment execution with all assigned supplier partners, track delivery KPIs, and mitigate risks that impact shipment schedules. 2. Supplier Issue Resolution Act as the primary liaison to troubleshoot and resolve all operational abnormalities, quality, capacity, logistical and production problems arising at supplier sites in a timely manner. 3. Supplier Project Management Lead and collaborate with suppliers to execute cross-functional improvement projects, including process optimization, capacity expansion, cost reduction, quality upgrade and other strategic operational initiatives.
