职位描述

The ERP Specialist will play a key role in overseeing and enhancing the organization’s enterprise systems, with a focus on core supply chain and commercial operations. This position is responsible for shaping system strategy, driving process improvements, and delivering functional leadership across key ERP modules. The role involves configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP solutions to strengthen operational efficiency and ensure alignment with business objectives. Success in this role requires strong analytical capabilities, solid problem‑solving skills, and deep functional expertise in areas such as order processing, procurement, inventory operations, pricing, billing, logistics, and cross‑module integration. The position also includes coordination with regional support teams to ensure consistent service delivery. Key Responsibilities - Design, configure, test, and deploy functional enhancements within SAP modules supporting sales, procurement, and inventory processes, including integrations with external systems. - Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate needs into system solutions, and support decision‑making. - Collaborate with cross‑functional ERP teams and process owners to support end‑to‑end initiatives and ensure cohesive system performance. - Contribute to ongoing support activities, including issue resolution, change requests, enhancements, and project deliverables. - Develop and maintain documentation such as functional specifications, SOPs, training materials, test scripts, and user guides. - Ensure smooth integration with related ERP modules and maintain alignment with enterprise architecture standards. - Troubleshoot system issues, provide user support, and deliver training when required. - Conduct system testing, validation, and documentation for upgrades, new releases, and new functionality. - Partner with business leaders to streamline operational workflows and support continuous improvement initiatives. - Stay current with SAP advancements, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.

职位要求

- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering SAP solutions across order‑to‑cash and procure‑to‑pay processes (e.g., document configuration, pricing, output, billing, purchasing, goods movements). - Hands‑on involvement in multiple full‑cycle SAP implementations. - Experience working with SAP S/4HANA. - Exposure to global trade or compliance modules is an advantage. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision. - Strong analytical mindset, self‑driven, and committed to delivering high‑quality outcomes. - Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
