CIB Sr. RM (VP-Director)

Main Responsibilities Develop strong client intimacy and maintain a high frequency of productive commercial interactions with clients and prospects. Engage in strategic dialogues and deliver relevant pitches to ensure client expectations match BANK strategy and capabilities through upfront screening. Capitalize on existing accounts by maintaining multiple levels of contact and a high-quality strategic dialogue. Develop Corporate business and support new transactions in line with the BANK 2030 roadmap, emphasizing Green finance, core sectors, the solution house, the asset-light model, and strategic solutions versus flow business. Achieve the Corporate Coverage budget in co-responsibility with Senior Bankers under a proactive, "one-team" approach to maximize the deal hit ratio. Penetrate client portfolios by taking responsibility for offshore entities, multinational corporations, and subsidiaries. Maximize interactions with product partners to ensure efficient deal execution, from pitch and Business Committee preparation to credit memo drafting and facility structuring. Originate the full suite of BANK products, taking full responsibility for flow products, pricing, and T&Cs to optimize EVA and increase the client equipment rate. Log high-quality data and action plans in NAT1 to ensure precise monitoring of client activity and the deal pipeline.

Job Requirements Master’s degree in finance or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of front-office experience in Corporate Coverage, Investment Banking, or Structured Finance. Proven track record in managing corporate client relationships, with an extensive local corporate network to drive business development opportunities. Deep understanding of banking products, including investment banking, structured finance, and capital markets. In-depth industry knowledge in Power/Energy, Metals & Mining, and/or TMT sectors. Strong hands-on execution capabilities, with robust credit analysis and deal structuring skills. Highly organized, structured, and systematic approach to managing transactions and tasks. Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills to work effectively Fluency in English
