We are hiring a Commercial Counsel to provide legal support for a renowned international company's operations in China.
职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
· Draft and review commercial contracts (sales, services, shipping, etc.)
· Handle legal documents for customs clearance
· Provide legal advice and prepare memoranda on PRC law matters
· Analyze transaction approvals and prepare corporate authorizations
· Monitor regulatory changes and advise on compliance
职位要求
Requirements:
· Law degree from PRC institution; LL.M. preferred
· 3+ years' experience as a commercial lawyer
· Experience with domestic sales contracts and commodities trading
· Knowledge of Chinese Corporate Law and basic tax law; familiar with Incoterms
· Native Chinese; upper-intermediate English
· Strong analytical, drafting and communication skills
