A Compliance Director job in Shanghai within a prestigious multinational company, driving strategic compliance architecture and pioneering AI-driven forensics to safeguard and enable global manufacturing business growth. This prestigious global manufacturing and mechanical engineering company based in Shanghai require a hands-on, Director Compliance China to join its global, dynamic business. In this leadership role, you will directly impact the business by utilising your compliance expertise. Furthermore, you will manage a qualified team of Compliance Officers across field operations, factories, and joint ventures. Reviewing and coordinating the workload across your team will be a constant in this position, as well as your ability to lead, develop, and mentor. You will oversee the development and implementation of compliance frameworks, lead "state-of-the-art" digital forensics, and orchestrate crisis management to ensure compliance supports business velocity, thus forming your legacy in the company.

职位要求

15+ years of progressive legal/compliance leadership experience within a complex MNC or top-tier law firm At least 3 years of team leadership experience, managing a team size of 3 or more Masterful communicator in both English and Chinese, exhibiting unshakeable ethics and the emotional maturity required to influence senior stakeholders and deliver difficult messages in a diplomatic manner. PRC Bar qualification or a bar qualification from another jurisdiction is essential.
