Responsibilities
• Develop and execute channel strategies, including channel planning, expansion, optimization, and management.
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key channel partners to drive business growth.
• Set, track, and achieve channel sales targets; monitor and analyze channel performance data.
• Organize channel training, product presentations, and marketing activities to enhance partner capabilities.
• Coordinate internal resources (marketing, product, presales, customer success) to support channel partners.
• Identify channel risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure a healthy channel ecosystem.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities; provide insights and recommendations for channel strategy improvements.
• Design and implement channel policies, incentive programs, and partner enablement plans.
