Lead and manage strategic new product development programs
Enhance the NPD process by aligning project activities with market needs, customer requirements, and internal operations.
Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements, internal targets, and relevant quality standards (e.g., ISO, IATF 16949).
Integrate lean principles into the NPD process and support the transition of new products into lean manufacturing environments

Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including tooling, materials, sales, R&D, and operations, to strengthen technical cooperation.
Manage product design and development projects following project management best practices.
Train and develop engineering, design, and technical staff to build a highly skilled and motivated team.
Maintain continuous communication with global manufacturing partners and manage the interface between NPD and Operations.
Lead global projects within the organization.
